"The $2 Bill Pay It Forward and Buy Local Campaign"

Crystal Coast Unity Church is giving away Two-dollar bills to kick-off our "Pay It Forward and Buy Local" campaign. The only restrictions on receiving your $2 bills is that you spend them locally. Not save them, not mail them. Only spend them locally in Carteret County.

Ray Harris will share an exciting workshop and invitation to earn the rewards to Paying It Forward at Crystal Coast Unity Church on Sunday June 14 from 1 pm to 4 pm. The workshop is, of course, free with a love offering accepted. Refreshments will be available.

Crystal Coast Unity Church is located at 115 Industrial Drive, which is at the "God Is Love" sign across Hwy 70 from the Applebee's Restaurant in Morehead City.

Anyone receiving a $2 bill is invited and encouraged to add their own $2.00 (or more) to that one and pay it all forward to yet another person or local establishment. If you don't want to add more money to a $2 bill received, add a kindness to another person. Then report your story to this website and, with your permission, we will publish them here.

Friday Night Flick

Friday Flicks this month (June 26) is "August Rush." A warm love story of a homeless boy who is a musical prodigy who seeks his parents via music. Robin Williams plays a mean-yet-caring huckster and "overseer" of homeless children musicians. Bring friends...they will thank you.
